If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Please include the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition and include all labels and hangtags. The product should not show signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items if we suspect they have already been used or have been damaged without our fault.

Refunds
After receiving the goods, an exchange or refund of the purchase amount will be processed to your bank account as soon as possible, within 7 days.
Delays or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be credited to your account.
If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact our customer service.
Conditions
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Provide the return shipment with a Track & Trace code (at your own expense).
- On the day of shipping, email a photo of the Track & Trace code.
- The return form must be included in the package.
- The product must be returned in an unused condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer. Returns of products damaged by the customer's own actions will not be processed
